Cant edit pictures at all

I’ve been only using for a day and noticed that when i open specific picture in my profile it does not always open. What happens?
1. the background get blurred.2. window is not appearing
seems like it opens but somewhere i can not see it.also it would be nice to be able to move the window around (not fixed in the middle).Please fix this.And I cant edit pictures at all,please help me.and everybody else having this problems.
